Insights from award-winning manufacturers on making digital work for your people.

Digital transformation is reshaping manufacturing, but without a people-first approach, even the best technology can fail. A successful transformation isn’t just about new systems or new processes - it’s about empowering the workforce to embrace and drive change.

Join us as we bring together award-winning UK manufacturers who’ve been there, done that, and made digital work for their people. They’ll share how they’ve tackled digital transformation by leveraging in-house talent, improving adoption, and ensuring smoother transitions.

Human-centric Digital Transformation

What You'll Learn:

  • Lessons from manufacturers who got it right: what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently
  • Identifying the right problem - and where and where your people will benefit most from digital transformation
  • Making digital tools accessible and engaging for employees
  • Finding and empowering 'digital superheroes' within your workforce
