At salesforce he initiated the strategic Afters Sales Customer Success Programme in Central Europe back in 2005 and successfully led many digital transformations across a broad variety of industries (Manufacturing, CPG, Healthcare, Logistics, Telco & Media). In his current role Jürgen is responsible for the Manufacturing & Automotive GTM & Strategy across EMEA. He is at the forefront of salesforce` Industrie 4.0 and IoT innovations and helps clients maximize their value and build new service operating models.
