Collaborate to Innovate – How to achieve greater collaboration and reduce risk to ensure supply continuity through crises?

Virtual Round Table

Wednesday 7 April 2021
18:00 - 19:30 GMT

Collaboration between procurement and operations is the ideal operating model to enable procurement to deliver maximum value through Supplier Innovation, Greater Agility and Reduce Supplier Risk. The Covid-19 crisis has led to increased collaboration as organisations had to work together to react to both the supply and demand challenges. But how can organisations achieve greater collaboration or retain the increased collaboration throughout unforeseen pandemics?

Core discussion points:

  • What level of collaboration do you have with other areas of your organisation and what benefits does this increased collaboration deliver, or if reduced collaboration in your organisation what benefits would it deliver?
  • What are the challenges you face within your organisation to deliver increased collaboration and what steps can you take to overcome these challenges?
  • How can procurement act as strategic advisors to other key business partners and promote the increased benefits of collaboration?
