The manufacturing sector is under siege from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, with attacks targeting both the hardware that powers production and the business operations that keep factories running.
As digital transformation accelerates and supply chains become more interconnected, manufacturers face a rapidly expanding attack surface – making robust cybersecurity not just a technical necessity, but a business imperative.
Join us for a fireside chat webinar with Stuart Morgan and Andrea Barisani from Reversec, two leading experts in offensive-driven cybersecurity.
Whether you’re responsible for product security, IT, or business continuity, this session will equip you with actionable insights to help safeguard your organisation against today’s most pressing cyber risks.
Let's explore:

Recent high-profile cyber attacks have disrupted production lines, stolen intellectual property, and caused millions in losses for manufacturers worldwide. In 2023 alone, 71% of all ransomware attacks on industrial companies targeted the manufacturing sector, with incidents at companies like Volkswagen, Nexperia, Hoya Corporation, and Clorox highlighting the scale and impact of these threats
- Hardware & product security
Andrea Barisani, a renowned specialist in secure hardware and embedded systems, will discuss how vulnerabilities in industrial control systems, IoT devices, and connected machinery can be exploited - and what manufacturers can do to defend their products from the inside out. - Business & operational resilience
Stuart Morgan will share insights on how cyber attacks can halt production, disrupt supply chains, and trigger costly legal disputes. We’ll examine real-world examples where ransomware and data breaches forced companies to shut down operations, and discuss strategies for building resilience across the business. - Lessons learned & best practices
Drawing on Reversec’s decades of experience, our panellists will offer practical advice for manufacturing leaders—covering everything from employee awareness and incident response to the latest trends in threat detection and risk management.
